Postage and Packaging

Westley Richards aims to despatch all stock items quickly and securely to our customers at the best price available. All deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery.

UK Mainland Delivery

Westley Richards currently offers a standard delivery option of 5 -7 days, with standard delivery free on all orders over £500.00. Westley Richards also offers the option to despatch goods on a 2 day service and a guaranteed next day delivery service.

Please be aware that certain goods usually larger more bulky items, may incur greater delivery charges and longer waiting times. Where relevant such information will be provided with the product information for an item.

Orders received by midday will be despatched same day (subject to availability).

Overseas Delivery

Westley Richards offers worldwide delivery on the majority of our online items. Please note there may be specific exceptions on individual items or restrictions on certain items dependant on the country of export.

Delivery charges are calculated on the volumetric weight of the item once it is packaged for export. You will be informed of the delivery cost once you enter a non-UK delivery address before your order is processed.

Please also be aware that countries outside the EU may be liable for extra customs charges that are outside of our control.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order placed with Westley Richards please return the confirmation email to us stating your wish to cancel the order or phone one of our team on 0121 333 1900 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday.

If your order has already been dispatched then the item will have full return instructions in the packaging.

Returns Procedure

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Westley Richards Order, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition. Westley Richards regrets that it is unable to offer a refund on personalised or made to measure goods unless they are faulty. All sale or discounted merchandise is final sale.

All returns must include a Return Authorisation Number and should be made within 21 days from Invoice and in original, undamaged packaging. Please email returns@westleyrichards.co.uk to request your Returns Authorisation Number. Your return authorization will include all the necessary information on where to send your return.

Westley Richards cannot take any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit. We would therefore ask that you ship your return in a traceable manner.

If we find that the product has been returned and is not in a fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% from the original selling price for the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
